As Co-Founder of the The Hero Team and an Diamond Award winning Realtor Felix was named in the top 80 Real Estate agents in all of Colorado, and is recognized as a leader in the Denver area for buying and selling affluent homes.
Felix’s journey into real estate began years ago with the construction of high-end luxury homes for world famous celebrities in Hawaii, Santa Barbara and Malibu.
It was during this time in construction that Felix learned to manage a team, troubleshoot issues on site, and meet deadlines while producing high-end luxury homes on schedule.
This experience in construction also allows Felix to know the real value of a home based on the quality of materials, design and architectural practices used.
Originally from Istanbul Turkey, Felix grew up working in the family textile and fashion business which taught him how to operate and run a company from a young age.
He continued the family tradition and studied Textiles at the University of Istanbul, and after graduation ran a global import-export textile business for eight years.
Felix found himself wanting to explore the business opportunities around the world and left the family business to move to the United States!

He owned and sold multiple businesses in California before moving to Denver and getting his Colorado Real Estate license in 2015. As an established real estate agent he began working with the top firm in Denver at Compass Real Estate.
